Find your calm.

Therapy for women and moms navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and the everyday challenges of life and parenting.

A space to slow down, breathe, and feel supported

Life can feel beautiful - and completely overwhelming. Maybe you’re a mom juggling the endless mental load and wondering why it all feels so hard. Or maybe you’re a Gen Z or Millenial woman trying to find your footing - navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or pressure to have it all together.

You might feel:

  • Constantly anxious, overthinking every decision

  • Tired of snapping at the people you love

  • Unsure who you are anymore - or who you want to be

  • Overwhelmed by your child’s big emotions or behavior

  • Like you’re carrying more than your fair share of the load

Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your emotions, and rediscover your calm. Together, we’ll unpack what’s been weighing on you and build practical, evidence-based strategies to help you feel grounded, confident, and more like yourself again.

You don’t have to hold it all together alone.

Therapy that meets you where you are

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a supportive conversation - one that helps you make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while offering tools you can actually use in daily life.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help you calm your mind, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change.

In our work together, you’ll learn how to:

  • Manage anxiety and overthinking

  • Set healthy boundaries and quiet your inner critic

  • Navigate burnout, perfectionism, and life transitions

  • Understand and support your child with ADHD, anxiety, or big emotions

  • Strengthen emotional resilience and self-compassion

Whether you’re a mom trying to find balance again or a woman figuring out who you are and where you’re headed, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and build the skills you need to feel more grounded and confident.

Who I Work With

  • Mothers

You love your family deeply, but lately it feels like you’re running on empty. You may be juggling a million responsibilities, feeling anxious, or constantly questioning whether you’re doing enough. Perhaps you are parenting a child who feels “harder” than others - one with ADHD, big emotions, or unique sensitivities - and you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together.

Therapy can help you slow down, find your footing, and rediscover calm in the chaos. Together, we’ll focus on easing anxiety, building self-compassion, setting boundaries, and finding practical ways to support both you and your child.

  • Women

Whether you’re in your navigating identity, relationships, or career decisions - or simply trying to find balance in a busy, demanding world - you don’t have to figure it out alone. You may be feeling anxious, burned out, or unsure of your direction.

Therapy offers space to pause, explore who you are, and build confidence from within. We’ll work together to reduce anxiety, strengthen boundaries, and help you live with more intention, clarity, and self-trust.

  • Young Adults

Life in your late teens and twenties can feel uncertain and full of pressure. You may be managing academic or career stress, comparing yourself to others, or struggling with motivation and self-doubt.

Therapy is a chance to slow down, explore your goals and values, and develop tools for navigating stress, anxiety, and transition with more confidence and direction.

  • Kids & Teens

I work with kids and teens who experience anxiety, ADHD, or big emotions that can feel overwhelming. Sessions are creative and playful, helping young clients express themselves, practice coping skills, and build emotional awareness in ways that feel natural and empowering.

I also collaborate closely with parents to strengthen understanding, communication, and strategies at home -so your family feels more connected and supported.

About Me

I’m a therapist who helps women and moms find calm, confidence, and connection—especially when life or parenting feels harder than expected. My work centers around supporting women navigating anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt, and parents raising children with ADHD, big emotions, or intense sensitivities.

Before opening my private practice, I spent over a decade as a K–12 school counselor, helping children and families manage emotional, social, and academic challenges. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how stress, relationships, and development intertwine—and how much parents carry every single day.

As both a therapist and a mom, I understand the heart-tugging mix of love, worry, and exhaustion that can come with raising a child who feels “harder” than others.

That personal perspective shapes the empathy and practicality I bring to therapy. My goal is to help women and moms feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that make daily life more manageable and meaningful.

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I use evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, always tailored to fit your personality, goals, and season of life. Sessions are designed to help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface so that you can respond to challenges with greater calm and self-trust.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me with my family near the water, reading, gardening, jogging, or planning our next trip.
