About Me
Hi, I’m Amy!
I'm an LPC based in South Carolina with a passion for helping women reconnect with themselves and couples reconnect with each other. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence-based techniques - because you need more than someone to just nod along.
I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, self-worth, and relationship challenges. I work with adult women individually and with couples who want to do real work together. Sessions are available via telehealth across South Carolina or in-person in Charleston.
How I Can Help
Individual Therapy
For Women Who Are Ready to Feel Like Themselves Again
Whether anxiety has become your default setting or a life change has left you feeling unsteady, individual therapy gives you a space that is entirely yours. We'll work through what's weighing you down and build the tools to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Couples Therapy
For Couples Who Want More Than Just Getting By
Feeling disconnected, stuck in the same argument on repeat, or wondering if you can find your way back to each other? Couples therapy isn't about assigning blame - it's about learning to actually hear one another and rebuilding the partnership you both want.
EAP & Insurance
Accessible Care Without the Barriers
I accept BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna through Headway, and work with several EAP programs so that getting support doesn't have to mean stretching your budget. You've already paid for these benefits - let's use them.
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
I know what it's like to reach out for help and wonder if it's going to be worth it. My goal is to make sure it is. From the first phone call to your last session, I want you to feel seen, respected, and like this is genuinely a space where you can be honest.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
A free 15-minute consultation before you commit to anything
Flexible scheduling - telehealth from anywhere in South Carolina
Insurance-friendly care through BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna
An approach that is warm and direct - no jargon, no scripts
A therapist who remembers your name and your story
“Asking for help isn't giving up. It's deciding that this matters enough to do something about it.”
Ready to take the first step?
You don't have to have it all figured out before you reach out. That's what the first call is for.
Let's talk about what's going on and whether working together feels like a good fit.
